West Cliff Trustees

The roads running through the older part of the Estate below the post-box and the recently-purchased Brit View Road and West Walk roadways are held on behalf of the residents by Trustees as nominal owners.

There are four Trustee positions, all of which are filled by volunteers elected by the House Owners' Association. Trustees must own a property on the Estate.

Trustees remain in post until they wish to resign or retire, or are no longer resident on the Estate. They perform an essential role, ensuring continuity of ownership of the Association's property, and the Committee is very grateful to them.
