SUBSCRIPTIONS

All property owners on the West Cliff Estate are automatically eligible to become registered members of the Association, and as such are required to pay an annual estate maintenance contribution to the Association to cover the costs of maintaining Estate services.

These annual contributions are due on 1st May each year following the Annual General Meeting in April, at which the rate for the following financial year is agreed.

The Association’s financial year begins on the 1st April and ends on the following 31st March.

House Owners are only entitled to vote at meetings of the Association if they have paid their annual subscription for the current year prior to taking part in the meeting.

The subscription is currently set at £55:00, reduced to £50:00 for early payment.
